Taking Plan B while on the Combo Pill Question

(Not sure if this is an appropriate subreddit to post this is, please remove or redirect if this isn't the place for this :)! )

The day before yesterday I had unprotexted sex with my boyfriend, and he accidentally ejaculated in me. Even though I am on birth control and I take it as directed, we were both very anxious so I went ahead and bought EC. I took the EC pill 2 hours after the act. I've been continuing to take my BC pills like normal, but I will be on the sugar pills tomorrow (period week).

My question is, should I skip the sugar pills or continue the pack as normal? I wasn't sure about this as the instruction did not really include info about this kind of situation. Thanks!
