Too Many Teams in LCS

With the approaching format change to BO2 and BO3 for EU and NA LCS, I feel like 10 teams is simply too many teams. Ever since LCS expanded from 8 to 10 teams, the LCS has become increasingly top-heavy. I believe that introducing more games and more broadcast days will actually lower the overall viewership of LCS massively. Who actually wants to watch a BO3 between Dignitas and Renegades? Do you think this is a big issue? Will Riot have to consider thinning the LCS back to either 8 or 6 teams to increase competition?
