8 weeks into synthroid anxiety is better but

I'm still taking lexapro 10 mg. I asked my doctor if I could wean off the medication, but he said he feels more comfortable with me taking it because I want to get pregnant and he's concerned about post partum depression. I'm switching to Zoloft soon since it's safer for pregnancy. Has anyone here been able to get off an SSRI after being treated for hypo?
