Anyone have problems with crops only harvesting in the teens

I'm playing mod CC 1.6 and I have not ever run into this problems before. I always run 11x11 fields with 1 worker. Storage and houses right beside the farms. The crop is soybean.

I'm only getting 13-15 yield some seasons. Sometimes it's 110-115, but mostly the fields only yield in the teens.
