Does one actually have to be a college student to be able to buy panamaniac cards?

Hey guys, just wondering if one has to be currently attending college to be able to buy the panamaniac event tickets and cards. We'll be going in early March and only one of us is currently attending (on top of that, he's in grad school not undergrad).
