Theory about the Punisher in Daredevil Season 2

So, I have a theory about Frank Castle / The Punishers origin for season two.

I think there gonna use this version -http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Frank_Castle_(Earth-1610) - or part of this story.

I think Frank Castle is going to have been a cop in Hell's Kitchen. At some point, as we know, Fisk starts to buy off people in the force. One day, he tries to buy Castle and his partner. His partner takes the money, but Castle refuses. Other cops who now work for Fisk can't risk being turned in, so they decide to take Castle out, and in the attempt his family gets killed.

He disappears for a while, grief stricken and training + acquiring weapons and ammo. He hears about Daredevil and Fisk being arrested, but he doesn't want these people arrested, he wants them punished, he wants them dead.
