With the PSU's, they will include NO cables except the ones attached to the actual PSU. Some of the PSU's work for sure, but these have NOT been tested. These are being sold as-is, with no guarantees or exceptions.
With the motherboards, they will include what you see pictured. Most have I/O shields, but some do not. Some of the motherboards (especially the AMD ones) have not been tested. Most of the intel ones have been tested, but there are few that I probably never did get to test. These are being sold as-is, with no guarantee or exceptions.
