The difference between PC and PS4 that I noticed

No one talks on PS4, I guess everyone that is in a party is in Party chat? Which if you are no one can hear you. I played w/ my bro on PS4 and ran into MAYBE 3 people that talked. On PC? I ran into MAYBE 3 that did not talk.

Just thought I would share and see if anyone else had played on both PC and PS4/Xbox and had the same experience.

Edit: BTW those 3 people on ps4 they were solo. So that makes me think even more that everyone else was in party chat.
