Never found Yurt in my game, not at Nexus either

I've read that if you're playing online, a black phantom invader might free him, but I'm playing offline, so that can't be it. Yurt's cage was empty in my game, and his armor set wasn't anywhere to be seen. I've reloaded at the Nexus a few times and he's not at his spot on the second floor. Is my game glitched?

Edit: NVM found him, I look in the wrong cage originally.
