Computer flashing and beeping

Hey guys I need some help with my Alienware x51. It is Windows 8 btw. So basically for the past day or two whenever i turn on my computer the screen turns green, which is my desktop color, for like 2 seconds and makes beeping noises non stop and I can't click or do anything other then control alt delete and log out. So now I am stuck with a flashing green screen and non stop beeps, oh and the beep is the same sound it makes when you turn up the volume. Thx for any help u can give
