Zelda: Link to the Past for SNES contents might or might not be missing?

So I found Zelda a link the past for what I hope is complete in box. in contains all of the booklets except for one. The Top Secrets Booklet. The one I found seems like an early release. Like 1992 and I cant see them having this book on an early release game. I guess i could be wrong though too
