Subject Choices for Computer Science

I want to do Computer Science at Uni. I will be doing IB next year and after meeting with my IB coordinator i provisionally chose Maths HL, Physics HL, ITGS HL, Economics SL, English Lang & Lit SL and Spanish B SL. I want to get into the best possible UK universities like Oxford and Cambridge. Would doing ITGS HL limit my chances as it might be considered a 'soft subject'. I'm also worried that only 1% of ITGS students get a 7. Thats about 15 people in the May exams. I like ITGS because it seems really easy but that statistic scares me. Should i go for Economics HL instead and have ITGS as my SL or should i drop ITGS all together? Thanks. Any advice is appreciated EDIT: My School does not offer Computer Science
