I'm at about day 70 and I'm beginning to feel anxious because I didn't have at least a wet dream!

I know that my body must flush the excess semen, but I don't see that happening.

Last night I couldn't really sleep because of a really long-term boner, and I had some pre-cum, but that is all.

May there be a problem? Should I just jerk off (no P) to flush the system?
