Suggestions and ideas for the server's next map

It was around this time last year that I started working on the 2.0 map. If you don't know, that was the time around when the great map crash of 1.0 happened and wiped out a huge chunk out of the northern part of the world. The only reason we didn't lose the whole thing was because luni had downloaded the entire map in a world downloader mod and gave us his files. Even though the server was saved, we lost quite a bit of work because the files were rather old.

After that was sorted out, the old team and I decided to make a whole new map as a spare in case shit ever hit the fan again. And in June 2015, it did.

Now I would say is a good time to start discussing some ideas for the next Civilization Experiment Word Map. I'm not saying that I am making the server's next map nor am I saying that there will ever be a new map made, but I think we should all still discuss and throw out ideas, or criticisms about the current 2.0 map.
