"This Game Card could not be read." Pokemon Y on Sky3ds+

For every other game that doesn't work on the Sky3ds+, it just shows up as blank but for some reason Pokemon Y appears as normal but gives this message when I go to start the game.

Has anyone been able to resolve this issue for themselves?
