[Request] Tweak to demote app location services privileges?

I have an app which won't run unless I grant it access to my location at all times, even when the app isn't running. I want to give it my location only when it's open, but that's not an option (even thought it'd work fine).

They have literally no reason to request all of my location data, but the company is known to be scummy, harvesting and selling user information. It needs my location when it's open, but there's only one choice: always give it my location, or never. I'd like to override this and add the option of "only while app is open" like with most other apps - would this be possible with a tweak?
