Vendor question: Quantity of items sold does not correspond with feedback

Hi, I recently came across a new vendor on AB and noticed something strange. He made a lot of sales since he started vending, but the number of items sold is not reflected by the amount of feedback. It appears that less than 25% of his sales has feedback.

How is this possible?

Also, he recently started making FE listings and I noticed that the feedback on one of them is from an old Escrow listing. He just changed the title and payment to mention FE.
