Help with a small script of hotkeys

Im using this to activate voice chat { MButton:: Send {Delete} return } with AutoHotkey program

Can i somehow make the Middle mouse button activate and deactivate the voice chat? In a not so programming langue:

if(mbutton is pressed once) use key for infinite time

If(mbutton is pressed again) and (voice chat is on) key stops being used
