What to do, if anything.

My NCOIC (E7) is a crosstrainee into the med side. He's got a ton of time doing "real Air Force" stuff, and is riding this out till retirement. A lot of people kiss his ass because he's older and has a ton of shit on his blues.

Me, I'm just a run of the mill E4.

We have a break room with a little section of cubicles in the back and I was doing paperwork when Mr NCOIC and one of his E5 lackeys come in, and start talking about the "latest batch of Airmen coming from the schoolhouse".

The E7 says "Junior Airmen are easiest to bang right after tech school, it's a good mix of new freedom and low self esteem."

I am debating whether or not to hang this guy, and how to go about it.
