Houston housing market

With the downturn of O/G, I know that the housing market has seen a general decrease in prices. Does anyone have any insight (maybe from previous O/G drops) on this topic? I.E. How much longer prices are expected to fall, how low they might go, for how long they go down.

I'm most likely going to be moving to the area in July, and want to get a better idea of how the real estate market will be then.
