Can we please get rid of the ability to kick someone after a game ends?

So many times at the end of games, trolls just kick people so they don't get the win. There's no reason you should be able to kick someone at the end scoreboard. If they're a problem, kick them before. The ability to kick someone after a game ends is exclusively used by trolls and it's really damn annoying.
