Floating player glitch. NEEDS PATCH.

There is a glitch a random guy showed me, the glitch allows you to basically float around about 100ft in the air and still be able to walk around and shoot. It needs to be patched ASAP. Its done by opening your map and getting on a rope at the same time then you have to fast travel and just walk up some stairs, its surprisingly easy and needs to be patched.
