(Gn1)(UK) I need help with consistency.

I rarely play MM so i think my rank's under my skill level(mostly play faceit). I sometimes feel natural and so fluent, then i just feel so stiff and unnatural. Any help? My spray control is fine or 15 bullets or so with every rifle, pistols are meh and i don't awp. I want someone to help me or even 1v1 me, i sometimes feel the best way for me to feel more consistent is to play better players. Sorry if i come off as cocky, bye!
