Is it almost time for the return? XWX

7 months ago the Mid-lane Messiah of TIP XiaoWeiXiao received a ban stating he would not be able to play until February 21st 2016. Well ladies and gentlemen that day has finally come. Where do you think he'll end up if he comes back? do you think he'll even come back? which teams would benefit most from picking him up? The time between spring and summer split will be interesting. I wouldn't be surprised if his name showed up soon.
