How safe is Miracles?

I've been bit by the Legacy bug, and I really enjoy the playstyle of Miracles. I have most of the pieces from other decks, and I'm looking at getting Tops, Jaces and Counterbalances to finish up the deck.

However, I'm worried about the banhammer. Top is always on the top of bans that people want. Is the current logic that it's probably due for a ban in the near future? Or has WotC's inaction been fairly indicative that they think Top is fine for the format? I haven't heard much since the past banlist when it wasn't included, has there been any evidence one way or the other since?
