Is there a level cap?

I got raided last night while off line by someone named Ares (level 160). I only know because he killed me also and everything was destroyed when I came back on. I posted on Reddit just telling the story and some asshat accused me of making stuff up and said that the level cap is 96 so my story is a lie bc it's impossible. I know what I saw. It said level 160. Unless that's his tribe lol.
