[GLB/JPN] Does old events come back?

I really need events like RoF and BoG in both versions of the game to make SSG Goku and Golden Friezas and dokkan my Brocoli... I been playing both versions since the beginning of the month so I have no idea... Any veterans here know and can tell me if those events come back from time to time or they are gone forever..?
