[help] What determines the Start Button context menu style?

Hi, I was wondering what influences the look of the context menu on the start menu.

On an install of Win10 Edu I did today the menu looks like THIS, on my own installs that are also Win10 Edu it looks like THIS.

Am I missing something obvious or why are the styles different?
