Having sound issues with OBS on my mac

Hey, I'm trying to stream on twitch using OBS with my macbook and I'm having issues figuring out the sound. The only time I get the in game sound to work is when my mic picks it up and i would ideally like to be able to wear a headset and just have the in game sound no playing through my computer speakers. Any suggestions?
