Is there a form of linguistic notation that signifies the intonations of a narrator or author's voice?
Listening to an author read their own work is a unique experience because you're hearing the words in the voice they were written in with all its intended intonations, rhythm, emphases, etc.
Is there a form of notation that would allow us to read a work in its author's voice?
