[TOMT][PC GAME] An Asian fighting game like street fighter

Same format as street figher. 1v1. I remember the aesthetic was dark and gothic maybe? I think it had a lot of fantasy/magic elements in the moves.

This was the early 2000s.

The fact that it was on PC knocks like 80% of fighting games out. Still can't find it. Wiki doesn't order by platform.

Edit: Game could have been imported from Taiwan, game is 2d characters on a 2d playing field. The characters had a bit of a "overdesigned" too cool look you see in a lot of jrpgs. I remember a whole lot of skulls

Edit2: Game was running on a trash PC, from a sketchy cd-r. There was like an energy meter which u needed in order to do special moves
