Thought of a funny change to Hydroid's Undertow

Instead of him turning into a puddle, he just floods the room he's in. Since it does 10 damage, i think this would be pretty fun to use if it slowed enemies, like Nova's Molecular Prime. It would also boost the effectiveness of Curative Undertow. too bad it will probably never happen ;n;
