Mouse sensitivity feels strange.

So I have played csgo for about a year and unfortunately had to do a fresh reinstall of windows and a wipe of my hard drive. I reinstalled csgo and now all of a sudden im playing on much higher sensitivities (1.5-2.5) than I was pre reinstall (0.5-1.0). My mouse hasn't changed, it uses 1000dpi and I understand that I was using quite low sensitivities before my computer wipe. Now, when I play the sensitivity feels super unnatural. If I move my crosshair a little, it feels really sensitive. However, if I move my mouse in long swipes to perform 180s, it feels really slow. I have turned off windows mouse acceleration and on and it still feels the same and I have been varying sensitivities with the same results. Any ideas? (I have turned off mouse acceleration in csgo)

EDIT: All other games my sensitivity feels fine, including browsing the internet.
