[Question] Teak for iPad Mini4 iOS 9 Rotation Issues?

I've noticed that rotation is a bit "wonky" with my new iPad Mini 4. Sometimes it rotates and gets stuck, other times the screen will be vertical but the wallpaper is horizontal, etc. I've googled this and the only thing I could find is "reset all settings" which seems like a crappy temporary fix, since this iPad is brand new. Since I can't update to any newer version without losing the Jailbreak, I was wondering if there was a tweak available to patch this issue?
