Pain in lower right groin and testicle

On Friday night I felt a slight pain in my groin on the right side. Nothing excruciating but a bit uncomfortable. Yesterday evening, at around the same time, I felt it again, but also a bit in my left testicle. I've had the pain again on and off for most of today, and now this evening it feels like it's moved to the right testicle as well (but not the groin any more). So yeah, any advice?
