[Windows 7, Lenovo Thinkpad T430S] Wireless capability turned off and I don't know how to turn it back on, and all google solutions don't work.

Google told me to go into "change adapter settings" and disable the adapter and enable it again. I tried that and it didn't work. Google told me to go into device manager and check if the adapters are working correctly, I did that and it all said working correctly. I've also tried pressing Fn+F2 which google also said would work and nothing happened when I did that. So now I don't know what to do because google failed me here.
