LVL 50+ matched with lvl 10 ?!

Juste having a problem here with the matchmaking, matching a lvl 60 with a or against a lvl 10.
I don't get it why would you match a player with about 400 games and a positive MMR with or against a guy who played 20 games even with the same MMR. I mean people lvl 10 are playing to discover the heroes and the maps, while the lvl 50+ is trying to set up strong compositions, understand the current "meta", going for advanced informations about the game. I think it's ruining both players experience because one is trying to learn his hero but keeps getting farmed by his oppenents, and the other one is frustrated because one of his teammates is not following any advice or lead and is one of the reason of the loss.
