Idea for new game mode: New Meta Deluxe

So, this is improved idea of the one presented here

What if instead of banning 10 heroes with highest winrate/pickrate we do this:

For every player, 5 heroes that the player had played in last 5 matches of "New Meta Deluxe" are banned. So, in total up to 50 heroes will be banned, but that number will be a lot lower, considering that some heroes can be banned multiple times.

What it solves is that every player will be forced to play very large hero pool, and FOTM heroes will be very rare picks. And most importantly- it will be almost impossible for stable meta to form in such mode.

For example, you pick Invoker one game, and then you won't see him in at least 5 of your upcoming matches.
