Graphic Flash/Flicker in Fullscreen only?

Just started playing the second Beta and I am having some issues while playing in FullScreen mode. As seen in the video, my graphics will start flickering/flashing like crazy. This won't happen in any windowed mode though, but I take a decent fps hit :/

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Drivers are up to date. Tried messing with some in-game settings.

I should also note I've never had this happen to me in any other game to date.
