Anyone have any experience with Vitality Nanotech Hair Loss Shampoo?

A friend bought this shampoo hoping it would help with her hair loss problem. Has anyone tried it? Did it help? Here is the list of ingredients from the label. Is there anything effective for hair loss in the shampoo?

She also bought a supplement from Nature's Gift. What is your opinion of the vitamins and minerals in this product?

Basically, I am asking if my friend wasted her money. Thanks for your opinions.
