Do you have a job you didn't think you were capable of achieving?

I constantly think about careers that would interest me. For example I love children and I think about being a pediatric nurse sometimes but I don't have the confidence to go for it. I've always been strong at english and I'm very creative but there's not much you can do with that unfortunately. My question to you is, did you always think you weren't capable of something academically and prove yourself wrong? Also if you have any career suggestions feel free to tell me.
