Bulk UUID lookup

Hey all.

I'm resetting the whitelist on our server and I want to see who was active in the last few months. Now, I'd do this with a plugin, but they all seem to use a database created after the installation of the said plugin and not the last edited date on player files. If you have one that converts UUIDs to names, hit me. Are there any websites to do this? Any better solutions?
