Looking for career guidance specific to HSP. Requesting books or other resources

I've been looking for a new career for the last two years, and nothing seems to fit. Reading the usual career guidance books and other reddit forums make me feel like something is wrong with me because I can't work in an office (especially since they are all open floor plan now). There is a lot of calling Millenials entitled because I can't work my way up from the steno pool or hustle at my passion after working 50 hours a week.

I would love a book that takes into account the needs that HSPs have in their career, as well as how they can work their way up. I have a clear idea of what I need and can't have in the work place, and I'm clear on what I am passionate about, so I don't need a book to help me figure those things out. I need something that can tell me how to monetize those passions in an extrovert-dominated world.
