What happens to all the past-season jerseys that remain unsold? do manufacturers like Adidas an Nike sell them later on at a cut-price?

Always wondered what happens to the thousands of jerseys unsold. Its always good to have a collection of old jerseys, the Arsenal O2 ones and Carlsberg one were gold.
