Passenger side electric problems.

I took out the chime box for the door alarm and a couple relay switches. I then tried to start the car and it was running rough so I shut it off. I tried to start it up later and it wouldn't run so after doing some research I got a new fuel pump. But my whole passenger side electric doesn't work the brake light, signal, and door speakers.
