[EP5 SPOILERS] Final Cutscene Twist

So in the final cutscene in the Sacrifice Chloe ending, there's the bit where Max is back in the bathroom and waiting for Nathan and Chloe to arrive.

There's a shot of the bathroom door which lasts for several seconds, so I'm wondering if I'm the only one who thought for a brief moment, during that shot, that Nathan wasn't actually going to enter the bathroom. For just a few seconds I started to think that there was going to be an even bigger twist where Max had screwed up time even more than she originally thought and for some strange reason the events from the past weren't going to happen the way they should have.

It's kind of a moot point since Nathan did eventually come in, and I guess the pause was just to create suspense, but I'm merely curious as to whether anyone else had the same thought as me.
