Songweaver Support; gear and methods?

I have been songweaver DPS since hitting 65, but as my legion has a dearth of healers and I don't want to reroll cleric, how effective can I be as a support songweaver in PVP? Do I have to change my manastones from MA/MB? I am only in BM gear currently, but only an enchant or two away from the mythic BM gear.

I can find LOTS of advice for songweaver PVE, but not much on support PVP.
