The Mirage 2000c has a few "temporary switch" control options, can I keep them permanently?

I'm assuming they'll be going away at some point, but I REALLY need the "if airbrake else not" one because I have a slider on my X-55 throttle that is more or less a button that gets held down.

If they are going away, is there any way for me to make this binding permanent, either with a mod or lua script or something?
