Getting ready for a second, in-person interview

I have a second, in-person interview for a Archives Assistant position at a state university on Tuesday morning and I really want to nail it. I am planning on wearing a tie; however, I don't have a jacket. Would it be necessary to acquire one? Also, what should I talk about? Specifically, should I rehash what I talked about in the first interview or come up with completely new bullet points. I also assume, I need to have some new questions to ask, right?
