Adult crossbite surgery

I'm most likely gonna start treatment for a crossbite. I have heard that the reason for this is a narrow upper jaw to bottom jaw relationship. I would most likely need sarpe also. I'm also worried about my bottom arch as the teeth are tipping in from the crossbite. Is there a way to fix this as an adult? Who should I consult about this?
